Mostly I park my car at Garitsa Bay and start walking. It's only a 10/15 minutes walk before you enter the Espianade, the lovely park at the foot of the Old Fortress. Once at the Liston, the beautiful avenue with the Venetian arches, the center of Corfu Town is waiting for you!  Stap in the spidermaze of narrow streets and alleyways of the old town, the bustling Sarocco Square, the Jewish Quarter, Spilia, some real nice shopping streets like Theotoki Street, Campiello area, or the so called Kantounia (pronounce Kadounia), the very narrow streets with innumerable tourist shops.
When you are in Evgeniou Voulgariou Street/Theotoki Street (search for Marks & Spencer), the chances are that you will find a real gifted painter called Pirro Tsekou at work. For a more than fair price he will create you and/or your loved ones with craftsmanship and love in paint. If you can't find him, but you want that painting during your holiday on Corfu, you can try to call him at +30 697 45122 661 or by facebook (Pirro Tsekos).
