The two storey villa (150 sq.m.) was built in 2010 to high specifications by an English contractor. Every room has double glazing and integrated mosquito nets to all windows, with folding shutters on the outside. The windows have tilt and normal opening features. The kitchen window is sliding. To the left of the house there is a small terraced garden which can be accessed from the adjoining patio as well as the first floor driveway by way of a garden doorway.There is ample parking. The lower garden area has two mature fruit trees (orange and apricot) and there is also a lemon and peach tree on the upper level.

The village and around

As mentioned before, the villa is located in the very heart of Corfu. So you can consider it as a base to discover the island to the utmost. In less than 15 minutes you can go to the beautiful beaches of Ermones, Glyfada (West Corfu), Dassia, Gouvia and Kontokali (East Coast). In less than a half hour you can lie on one of the beaches of Paleokastritsa or Liapades.
Capital city Kerkyra is a 20 minute drive, Corfu Airport only 15 minutes.
