Villa Ropa, beautifully located at the central part of the Greek island Corfu, is the perfect holiday house for a large family or two families. The house is spacious en consists of two floors, which can be separated or connected by a lockable stairs. Both floors have their own entrance and can be used by a company of 4 or 5 people.

Your own house on Corfu

Villa Ropa is in the middle of a fantastic nature of Corfu. The area is called Livadi Ropa (Ropa Valley). This is the most plane area of Corfu. It's known for its tranquility and natural beauty, the views to at the small villages at the Western hillside of Corfu and the beautiful mountains northward. Without doubt this is a fantstic walking area.
The house is located at one of the best spots on the island. The airport is only a 20 minutes drive, Corfu Town 25 minutes. The Western beaches of Ermones, Liapades and Paleokastritsa are easily and quickly accessible. The beaches on the East coast are only slightly further away.
For the kids there is Aqualand in the next village Agios Ioannis (10 minutes), while the grown ups can visit the beautiful Golf corse of Corfu. Maybe you want to buy an ATB and start riding a bike, discovering all the beauty that surrounds you. It might be a challenge to go to the old villages Giannades, Marmaro and Kanakades.

The house is equiped for permanent residence. So it's equiped with a ceramic hob and other kitchen equipment, furniture, beds, and so on. Naturally there is all kind of garden furniture like sunbeds, parasols et cetera, to complete the large terrace near the pool. Showpiece of the garden is the outdoor bar and the fixed barbecue.
All the equipment, furniture, beds, tools and decoration will be part of the deal. So from the day on that the house is yours, you and you family can live in it.
Probably you don't need television in this beautiful place on Corfu. But, with the satellite receiver you dont have to be afraid to miss your favorite TV program or Match of the Day. To tell your friends and family how great life on Corfu is, you might want to be connected to the internet. There is already a telephone line, so you can apply for ADSL.
The garden plot is 1000 square meters and everything on it is in fine condition and is totally fenced.
